All dinner entrees include: A.J.'s hearty vaquero soup, salsa, tequila beans, rice pilaf, garden salad, A.J. spuds, sourdough garlic bread, and an old-fashioned root beer float or after dinner liqueur.

All of our steaks are USDA Choice, aged to our specifications, hand cut by our own butchers, and cooked over a red oak pit BBQ.

Entrees include:

  • Top Sirloin, Filet Mignon, T-Bones, New Yorks, and Ribeye Steaks
  • Beef and Spare Ribs, BBQ Chicken, Pork Chops and Liver
  • Australian Lobster Tails, Halibut, Scampi, Calamari, and Scallops
