Giles' unique talents gave his last restaurant in Carmel, 4 stars by the Los Angeles Times and was named one of the top ten restaurants by Food & Wine magazine.

Jacks has an extensive wine list ranging from local to international brands, outdoor fireside dining, and unparalleled service. Jacks is located next to the historic Custom House Plaza and overlooks the picturesque Fisherman's Wharf.
